3.1 The Committee toook evidence from Ronnie Downes, Deputy Head of the Budgeting and Public Expenditures Division, Lisa Vontrapp, Policy Analyst and Camila Vammalle, Policy Analyst from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (by video conference) on their inquiry into Best Practice Budget Processes.
